In this episode, Brett and Laura talk about investing. People often think that you have to have a lot of money in savings to begin investing. This isn’t true at all. Brett and Laura started investing when they worked at restaurants waiting tables. If you aren't able to invest your money in a deal, then you should instead invest your time. We’ve talked about in this past that you should take the time to learn a niche that you want to invest in. In this conversation, Brett and Laura take this concept of investing your time a step further. Now, you should be looking for someone who has the money and wants to invest but doesn’t have the time. If you find this money partner, you can do all the planning and organizing for this deal while they handle the funds. This is how major investors like Grant Cardone set up their deals. By using other people’s money as capital to invest in real estate.
