Maybe you're feeling like you're not really being as authentic as you'd like to be or you want more of your true self to come forth?

If you feel like life is stagnating, you feel off track or like something is missing the Ballerina fairy wants you to know that Being your one true-self / being authentic is what will bring you back to enjoying the journey of your life.
But how do you actually be you, how do you actually become true to yourself and be authentic?
I have found that in my own journey it has been a process to be true to myself 100% of the time and when I would stray from being my one true-self that judgmental voice would come up for me telling me what was wrong with me.
