What would happen if a coffee company decided to take a risk and conduct an experiment? The experiment, open a space combining the worlds of coffee, spirits, and cocktails, and see if the space can satisfy audiences of all three, while creating a new audience of it's own. Ryan has years of experience as both a barista and a bartender, this combined with his work ethic would make him the perfect person to manage a cafe & cocktail bar.
