Douglas Harink shares insights from his book entitled "Resurrecting Justice: Reading Romans for the Life of the World". He sees the traditional rendering of "righteousness" in the Book of Romans as "justice". This provides a contrast to traditional perspectives that focus only on justification by faith for individuals. Harink covers personal as well as systemic sin, Adam and Christ, weak law and sovereign law, obedience to God, ultimate and cosmic justice, just war, Israel and the church, messianic patience and solidarity, messianic public service, political authorities, and more.
