Dr. Amy Peeler, Professor of New Testament at Wheaton College offers her thoughts on theological feminism. We cover the need for feminism, the four waves of feminism, scriptural principles related to feminism, various Christian schools and thinkers, God talk, and the reality of incarnation in a male body. We also consider 'equality of opportunity' vs. 'equity of outcome' in the marketplace, the complementarian/egalitarian debate along with the related controversial scriptures, and how feminism can possibly hurt men and women.
