If your business has started hiring employees or even contractors you probably know how important an employee manual can be. Even if your business is just you and only you a procedures manual is also just as important. Writing a manual is much like creating a recipe. It’s constantly being updated, it needs to be perfect, because after all, it’s how to recreate your business with the heart you’ve given it.
