It's been an INCREDIBLE summer and I am so excited to dive back in to record some new episodes of Mind Over Motherhood for you!
In the first episode of Season 3 (!!), I'm starting with a laid-back episode on some updates in my personal life, business and what's in store for the podcast. I'll also share 3 things I learned about myself after travelling across Canada this summer from coast to coast with twin 4 year olds, 2 rescue dogs and my hubby in a 31 foot motorhome.
