Hops: Cascade hops (Puterbaugh Farms Yakima, WA) Malts: WA Select 2 Row (Great Western Malting), Honey: Buckwheat Honey (Robbins Honey Farm Lakewood, WA) Black Plague (Stout) Made from completely WASHINGTON GROWN/PRODUCED ingredients: This style of beer required roasting grains over 8 hours to get the dark chocolate color. Hops: Cascade hops (Puterbaugh Farms Yakima, WA) Malts: WA Select 2 Row (Great WesterMalting Vancouver, WA) Honey: Buckwheat Honey (Robbins Honey Farm Lakewood, WA.) Pestilence (IPA) Made from completely WASHINGTON GROWN/PRODUCED ingredients: This beer required slow roasting grains for 5-6 hours at low heat to get the amber color from the malt.
