In today's episode, I have Heath Armstrong on the show to talk about how he built an e-commerce business that allows him to travel around the world. He uses "online arbitrage" and a team of location independent people to run his business, to build a 6-figure a year business that he spends little time running himself.

Heath and I jumped on a call before we hit record to plan out what we'd cover on the show, but we ended up going in a completely different direction. As you can tell from the beginning of our conversation we originally planned on talking about building a remote team, but really got stuck into talk about Amazon and this concept "online arbitrage."
Heath really drops all the info here with how he got started and what he'd do differently if he went through it all again. He took some MASSIVE risks which he highly advices that you don't do.
