Today's podcast (LM48) is titled Coming Out of Your Shell, and as you may have guessed the topic centers on helping those who want to develop a bit more openness and confidence when dealing with others.

Now, this podcast is intended to help those who WANT to project more approachability and friendliness. This is not an attempt to get all of the shell dwellers to come out, although the air is fine out here:)

I am often asked by those I meet to help them in this area, so I wanted to offer some very simple advice on the topic (which is the foundation for all successful human to human encounters).
