Is the beingness that you experienced as a 10 year old any different to the beingness that you experience now? Notice that it has not changed one little bit. It is the only constant. Now lets look at the me from the age of 10 to now, has that changed. It constantly changes. The only thing that has shifted is the inner dialogue, the pattern of thoughts.
