There is Ring doorbell footage, a sketch, and DNA of the suspect, but still no arrest. John and Jamie break down the evidence, discuss the suspect’s ties to another crime that took place in Los Angeles, theorize why this suspect remains at-large, and explain what’s needed to bring Rachel’s killer to justice.
