This weeks story, from "Sunday Night Mystery" hosted by Brett, revolves around the unsolved murder of Keith Burgess in Bristol.

Keith, a well-liked British Rail steward and church member, was brutally killed in his flat on December 17, 1989.

That day, after attending mass and visiting a local tavern, he returned home, unaware of the danger lurking. A mysterious man wearing a blue and white bobble hat was seen near his flat. Keith's neighbor, Betty Taylor, witnessed Keith inviting someone inside and later saw the mysterious man leave, only to find Keith's lifeless, brutally attacked body soon after.

The investigation revealed puzzling clues: three significant phone calls the week before Keith's murder, a missing Filofax and photo album, and an unidentified lunch companion in London two days prior. Despite police efforts, the killer, described as a slender young man with distinct facial features, remains at large.

The motive for the vicious attack remains unknown, leaving the community and investigators searching for answers.
