Personal growth is the process of discovery, development, and maturity of one's gifts, allowing you to have the greatest impact and leave a lasting legacy.
You can control the impact you have, but you may not always be able to control the legacy you leave, so it's to serve whenever possible, connect instead of communicating, and positively impact those you come in contact with.
Legacy is how you are remembered; it's the stories, memories, lessons, and relationships that are fostered after you've either left the room or left the earth.
What do we mean by "the room"? The room is the space in which you are serving at your highest level. In life, you may be in various rooms at once or find yourself in a room for a season, but once you've left the room, only your legacy stands.
