Throughout the podcast, Pat's love for the company shines through, as he speaks with pride about the work that he and his colleagues did, the sharing of knowledge and the teamwork.
Since leaving Bord na Móna, Pat shares how he was able to take advantage of opportunities provided by the LOETB, (Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board) to further his education and develop new skills.
