Each one of our stories is unique and helps us to connect with one another. And, in order to know where we are going it often times helps to reflect and understand where we came from. In my experience, especially when working with clients, we have already endured many hardships just at different "levels." Processing this, integrating this, and having faith on the overall process helps when we are at a crossroads on major period of contraction.
