I am so excited to bring you this latest episode! We talk about one of the most crucial things to overcome as an individual and within an organization, EXCUSES! There is no doubt that these seemingly little issues are toxic to one’s growth as an individual, but they hold the potential to literally shut down a company or organization if allowed to run free, without learning to overcome them and move past their often crippling effects. Additionally, we touch on the pitfalls of being #1 inside an organization, growing too fast, and overcommitting/underperforming (one I struggled with for many years).
