To start Season 3 of Social Dragonfly, I want to take you on an audio trip with me to Southeast Asia. In this episode we cover the first week to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. We start with Singapore and exploring this diverse and intense city. Singapore is a country with very strict rules and instructions for people to abide by or else there are consequences. Some argue if it's worth it. Some don't care if the end result is a country with one of the lowest crime rates. You feel safe, and I feel safe. I enjoy how it hasn't really affected the food scene, as shown in the movie Crazy Rich Asians. And then we go to Malaysia, and the city of Kuala Lumpur. We talk to our taxi driver of what we should look at in the city and we also listen to his hopes and dreams and how it is for him to live in Kuala Lumpur. We also hike a waterfall. Again, the food scene is absolutely delicious and yours truly eventually tries some good old school Durian. Will he throw up on the recording? Listen to find out.
