In this joint episode with The Emergency Mind podcast, Vic Brazil and Dan Dworkis talk about ‘stress exposure’ simulation/ training, and how we prepare ourselves and our teams to perform under pressure. The main conversation was our recent article - Exploring participant experience to optimize the design and delivery of stress exposure simulations in emergency medicine.
