Pregnancy pain, although common, is not normal!

In this episode of Belly Birth Beyond, I’m addressing the often-dismissed topic of pregnancy pain, the misconception that pregnancy pain is normal, and emphasizing that while it's common, it CAN be managed and you CAN find relief!

Through relatable examples, you'll learn why common advice like taking Tylenol or using a belly band only offers temporary relief.

I dive into the root causes of pregnancy pain, discuss the critical body support required during pregnancy, and significance of using the right movements to find pain relief.

I also cover postpartum challenges and underscore the importance of maternal health, postpartum support, and wellbeing beyond just caring for the baby.
