So excited to have my dear friend and master maifestor Carol Whitsitt on today's episode. She literally co-created the life of her dreams living at the beach in Guam with her incredible family. She talks about walking through the fear of actually calling in the life of her dreams and how music played a pivotal roll in all of this. We also touch on walking away from a project that was making both of us money and how sometimes we get called away from things that are "adding value" and "good."

Carol is a former nonprofit professional turned entrepreneur with a passion for environmentalism. As a mom of three young children, she and her husband curated a life where she prioritizes her values, adventure & time freedom. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas where she fell in love with the beach & wandering creek beds at her Grandparents’ ranch. Two years ago her family took the greatest adventure of all and moved to the tropical island of Guam.

Since then, she has become a certified farmer and developed a vacation rental on their property unlike any other on the island. The Guam Life Oasis is a boutique vacation rental that invites guests to enjoy chickens, ducks and a developing tropical food forest. Guests receive high end customer service, relaxation from the hustle & an opportunity to test out products that are sustainable for the environment. Her family works together to run the farm and provide a unique island experience for visitors.
