In this episode Hamaima directs us through a 10-minute grounding visualisation, connecting us to the heart of mother earth. Just sit back, relax and listen to her guidance. Notice any energy or sensations in the body when you do.
Towards the end, you will hear how Liane’s response to this practice sounded as an expression of what has come to be called light language. This is something Liane is still exploring.
