I got to sit down and chat with a one of a kind soul, Kirra Johnson. Kirra is one of the strongest human's I have ever met. She has overcome so much at such a young age. From depression, anxiety, bipolar, suicidal ideations, nightmares & more. This episode will give you a whole new perspective on life.
From the first time I met Kirra I knew she was such a resilient person. The first time we hung out was a coffee date and our conversation was unbelievable. We bonded over our struggles with mental health and I was in awe of how courageous and open she was to talking about her struggles, especially because this was our first formal conversation. These mental illnesses are stigmatized and Kirra not only is open in sharing her story, but she advocates for those who struggle with mental health.
