I’m welcoming Alison back again and she has a lighter topic for us today: spiritual modalities. During our discussion, I was shown some things that I hadn’t seen or considered before relating to spirituality (like what dried out straw can do to your energy!), and that’s always so cool when it happens.
In this episode, we talk about tarot cards, crystals, psilocybin, ayahuasca, and other different spiritual modalities that people use to amplify their own energy, plus how fear plays a role in all of it.
