I have created and re-created my hero story many times in my life.
We all have, whether we realize it or not.
It can be solitary, introspective, and challenging work.
That is why I have been so grateful for the people in my life who have supported, nurtured, and given me a well-deserved kick in the ass when I needed it.
I call these people "Co-Authors" of my hero story.
This week, we will identify the key people in our lives who are helping us become better versions of ourselves.
Then we are going to thank them.
It's going to feel amazing.
