- Square breath: Breathe in to the count of 4, pause for the count of four, exhale to the count of four, pause for four and repeat. You can expand this to 6 or 8 count. Refocuses our mind and can reset. Helps stay in the moment
- These exercises have physiological effects as well as mental and emotional
- Play an instrument, sing a hymn or other song
- Mantra
- Drawing back from tunnel vision, gaining perspective
- Spiritual Direction and Directors/Companions
