How often do you 'fall out' with your wardrobe? Constantly for me, even more so since becoming a mum Nobody tells you your body goes back together in a different place? Meet todays guest speaker Kate Harrison, colour and style specialist, 'A dopamine dressing expert." Which is a title she can carry with great conviction as i have seen her in action and she is amazing!
As most of my guest speakers, Kate popped up onto my insta feed and it was her style and use of colour that really caught my attention. Here was a woman, wearing fabulous affordable clothing making it look effortless. There's no judgement with Kate, no sense of ego... even though she knows more than anyone i have ever met regarding colour and style. She simply just wants her clients to feel incredible, boosting confidence and positivity from the outside in.
I know you are going to love this episode, it was a pleasure chatting to 'Kate and sharing her story, i am so chuffed to meet amazing women like this who are helping other women feel fabulous.
