For the one year anniversary of this podcast I decided it was time for you to hear some major life milestones and lessons from the last 7 or so years of my life that shaped me into the person, friend, and coach that I am today. During this episode I uncover my own struggles within my health, career, family, and relationships, both romantic and platonic, as well as how I overcame every obstacle I encountered. Not many people can say they experienced multiple life changing events back to back to back, and while I wouldn’t wish this upon anything, I am glad that it happened to me and helped me become the resource for any young adult!
