Today, host Chef Carla Contreras is joined by Jessica Resendiz of RaggedyTiff to discuss connecting with community, how to balance wellness and business, and what she loves about fashion.
Jessica shares the role of wellness in her business and personal life. For her, it’s important not to stop doing fun, magical things until she retires but to live the life of her dreams in the present. That includes tending to the health of her mind, body, soul, and business every day. During Covid, Jessica encountered a new level of stress and uncertainty, as most of us did, that wouldn’t go away, and she found acupuncture to be a valuable tool to quell the tension. Jessica then shares how she became enamored with fashion, an encounter that inspires RaggedyTiff to this day. Jessica wraps up with an exclusive inside peek into RaggedyTiff’s exciting projects in 2024!
