Steven Lefkoff from Lefkoff Law in Atlanta, GA joins us for the final episode of Sports 'N Torts in 2023. A native of Atlanta (and my old next door neighbor), Steven has built and designed his law firm to carry out his vision of how a small business should operate. Lefkoff Law offers a wide array of legal services for businesses. The firm represents clients in matters ranging from litigation and compliance, to risk management and contract review, and so much in between. The firm has a specialized focus on representing companies in the motor vehicle space, including financial institutions, motor vehicle dealers, and warranty and insurance providers. Lefkoff Law also protects clients’ rights in Fair Business Practices Act matters and other business disputes.
In addition to these legal services, Steven is always working on a new fresh approach to his practice to include recent additions of Small Claims 101 – training and consulting for Magistrate and The Driveway – a monthly membership program designed to provide exceptional value in holistic legal services. Steven is very good at working ON his business in addition to IN his business. He talks about his firms 18 month plan, planned growth, using automation to increase efficiency and defined roles for his employees. Lots of great business nuggets to pick up here. Finally, I consider Steven a very creative marketer. In a landscape full of lawyers trying to stand out with marketing efforts, Steven goes about it the right way and he shares some his secrets such as personalized pictures and dinners at Waffle House.
