What a lot of contract Tree Climbers, Arborists, and even Tree Service owners don't realize, is just how much potential liability we can have brought against us in our professions. Some of it may be due to poor decisions or poor tree care practices. Another part of the liability is, what we notice, or don't notice, and what we tell, or document for the clients.
In part one of this Elevated Office Podcast episode, Levi Conrad and I go over a few ideas that may help you to re-evaluate your methods to prevent future liabilities.
