James has an incredible background as a fighter and a coach and had one of the largest rosters of active UFC fighters at one time. James has had to do a complete reinvention of his identity and focus after a major life and business shift and took his passion for real estate investing and finance to an all new level. How you do anything is how you do anything and James handles his investing as serious and aggressive as his fighting career acquiring over 50 doors in a very short time. He has mastered the art of creative finance, subject to deals, commercial real estate and building a portfolio of rental properties utilizing the BRRRR strategy. He now coaches investors to get wins with their finances the same way he trained fighters to get wins in the cage. James has reinvented his identity and found peace to thrive in the new chapter of his life and he details the journey in this fresh interview as we talk to James Krause the real estate investor and business consultant.
