Dan is a husband, dad, career long marketer and recently founded ice bath company @BrassMonkeyIce in 2020. His journey started after converting a problematic chest freezer into an ice bath to enable a daily ice bath at home during the pandemic. The early benefits of cold water immersion were immediately obvious to him, feeling both challenged and changed in only a few minutes at 0°c. It led to the forming of Brass Monkey with his brother and now employing over 50 people, and shipping ice baths to 17 countries around the world
