The number of people who will message 10 people on social media one time - and then say they ran an outbound campaign that didn't work is ASTOUNDING.
The data tells us that we have to touch people 16 plus times to get their attention - the volume has to be fairly significant. Reaching out to a small handful of people ONE time does not mean the strategy does not work. It means you don't have enough reach or frequency.
