Dr Samantha Cross is Associate Professor of Marketing and the F.W. Olin Distinguished Chair of Global Business at Babson College with research examining cultural and sensory influences. Sharon Sanders is the Digital Inclusion Programme Manager for Bradford Metropolitan District Council with over 20 years experience delivering improved customer services and efficiency savings across public and private sectors.

This follows on from a workshop hosted by the Multicultural Marketplaces Network on inclusion and wellbeing in practice with Eva and Samantha and has a wider focus on digital inclusion and what SMEs can do to take the next step in their practices.
