Some things are easier to do than others; but all things are easier when seen as easy. So long as one is actually doing one’s best to prepare for and perform one’s work in this life, our chances of getting good results are only improved by telling ourselves that, yes, we can do whatever needs to be done. By avoiding unnecessary anxiety, doubt and hesitation, the mind is focused upon the task at hand (possibly enhanced by the placebo effect, expecting success) and the body hums with a more benevolent vibration, maximising energy and skill. Whether or not we ultimately get what we want, our belief will have brought it closer.
