Today, we're looking at the second trait of the Big 5 Personality Scale - Conscientiousness. Conscientiousness is associated with work ethic and order and is rooted in the natural tendency to bear responsibility.
Conscientiousness is broken down into two sub-traits: industriousness and orderliness.
