Adam Rubin, Principal at Carolwood, is responsible for Carolwood’s overall investment strategy and negotiates transactions from contract to closing. Adam handles all financing activities, capital raising and investor reporting on behalf of the firm. Adam K. Tischer, Senior Vice President at Colliers, joined the company in January 2011. He will serve as vice president based in Colliers’ DTLA office.
