Justin Barber is a seasoned nurse with 14 years of experience, currently serving as an informatics nurse. He started his career on a cardiac step-down unit, eventually transitioning into frontline management roles. Eric Fuller holds a degree in biomedical engineering and pursued graduate studies at the University of Florida, where he also served as a teaching professor. Venturing into real estate through Airbnb, Eric expanded his involvement into various investment strategies, including the Burr method and creative financing. He now specializes in private money lending, enjoying the flexibility and lucrative returns it offers.
