Today, on Radio Uprising, youth producers Jake, Vivianna, Rachael, and Jeremy talk about INTERNET CULTURE! First, we discuss our favorite websites and what sorts of online communities we belong to, as well as elaborate on how being part of those communities helpes us to be better people. We talk about how we behave online as opposed to real life as well as the unspoken rules we were never told but somehow still know how to follow. We then debate the creepiness of facebook, the pros and cons of spending too much time on the internet, and whether it's ever ok to give out personal information. All this, and a guide to teenage internet slang straight from the teens themselves!
