Dennis Nuss, APR, is the Director of Media Relations and Crisis Communications for ConocoPhillips.
He has 25 years of experience implementing strategic communications plans for Fortune 500 companies, with a deep background in oil and gas and chemicals. An expert in media relations, crisis communication and stakeholder engagement, he has an expansive history of delivering high quality results to protect and enhance brand and reputation and drive value for the businesses he has supported.
Dennis holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Communications from the University of New Orleans. He is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America and past president of the New Orleans chapter, served on the PRSA Corporate Communications Section’s executive committee for three years, and is currently an assembly delegate for PRSA Houston. Dennis is also a member of the West Houston Leadership Institute Class of 2017 and held local public office for five years in Louisiana.
