In this episode, I discuss the mechanics of becoming self-loving. – how do we cultivate self-love? We always hear that we need to learn to love ourselves before we can evolve or even love another person, so I wanted to connect the dots between the idea of self-love and achieving self-love. How do we recondition a heart conditioned by life to close? I highlight the process I went through to begin to integrate the pain, trauma, and abuse I endured and gain the perspective needed to transcend my lower self.
