This month’s theme is about coaching your staff according to their style. In today's podcast, I am discussing the importance of understanding different personality styles and how they can improve communication and collaboration in the workplace. I introduce the DISC personality assessment, which divides individuals into four quadrants based on their dominant traits. We can create a more inclusive and productive work environment by recognizing and adapting to different styles.
