When we are when we're pushed off court or we're off balance, we want to get them back. So we want to attack the player who made us feel uncomfortable. And it's the wrong move!
By attacking when you're off court, your whole court opens. So often, beginners will tend to get pushed off court or off balance and they're attacking back. And they're in a vulnerable position because they're not balanced, or they're off court.
