Steve firmly believes those who reach that 3 year anniversary are more likely to enjoy stable employment, a good income, perhaps own their own truck/trucking company, and experience the fullness of North America. Over-the-Road truck drivers are the lifeblood of North American commerce. Steve’s personal goal is to leverage this podcast to help reduce driver attrition; thereby playing his part in feeding the economic engine powering economy.
