Behind the boards, Wally Sparks was a staple of hip hop’s “Blog Era” with mixtapes and compilations featuring everyone from Southern legends UGK to Talib Kweli. In this interview, Wally talks about how he made the switch from dancing at parties to becoming the DJ, Southern roller skating culture and how he’s adjusted through Covid and DJing on Twitch.
