Catherine will talk about that time of her life that really changed everything for her (Catherine), including going back to school to get a degree in counseling. Catherine is now a huge advocate for teen girls facing addiction and serves as the Life Enrichment Coordinator at DayBreak youth services. Catherine will also explain her own journey through depression and the self care she needed to survive the two year period of time when she didn't know where her daughter was.
