This was a quote that Tom offered in a discussion and Donna Aveni shared with their community. I LOVE anything that Tom shares on LOVE. So, as we came back for the next season, I thought this would be an excellent topic to discuss.
Just BE Love is a wonderful way to stay positive. However, it isn't as easy as it sounds. We still have to Let Go of our Fears. And we need to acknowledge them before we can Let Go of them. Often BEing Helpful is a way. Sometimes BEing Helpful is what our definition of Helpful means. Not everyone wants our Help. Sometimes we just need someone to actively Listen to us. We shared some stories and reviewed thoughts around different areas that we want to Let Go of and Grow Up.
I mentioned how aging is something that can be full of fear and discussed areas to Let Go of as well. Without Judgement we know we struggle with our confidence and when it comes to aging, some people would rather fix the outside.
