We're thrilled to introduce Jami Burrell And Lavonte Smith, the masterminds behind the BornLeadaz podcast. Lavonte shared that he originally came up with the idea of creating a podcast and knew that he wanted Jami to be his partner. Despite their differences, they complement each other perfectly. They brainstormed various names for the podcast, and after getting the blessing from their cousin Ponnie, one of the founders of BornLeadaz, they finalized the name and kicked off the podcast in September 2020, during the pandemic. Through it all, Lavonte and Jami have remained steadfast in their commitment to professionalism and humility.
