Ronald is the founder and principal consultant of the rLj Collective, LLC – a consulting group focusing on personal development through experience, education, and exposure. Since the inception of the rLj Collective, LLC in 2009, Ronald has trained and coached facilitators, coaches, educators, and students to create an inspiration to lead, achieve, succeed, and serve. “Every blessing ignored becomes a curse.” – one of his favorite quotes in The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho – is the driving force behind helping others shift their perspective to escape the prison of their minds and collide with their greatness.
In addition to serving as an international consultant and coach, Ronald is a community activist and can be found serving along his brothers in his fraternities and other organizations. When he is not helping others turn obstacles into opportunities, he enjoys cooking, traveling, photography, playing the sax, and nice glass of bourbon from time to time.
